TEDxEAST Conference

On November 6th, Chris will be performing and speaking at the very first TEDxEAST event in New York!
For those of you who may be unfamiliar with TED, it is an annual event where some of the world’s leading thinkers and doers are invited to share what they are most passionate about. “TED” stands for Technology, Entertainment, Design – three broad subject areas that are, collectively, shaping our future. The TED Conference is truly the Mercedes Benz of what has come to be known as “thought leader” conferences. Attendees have called it “the ultimate brain spa.” TED is known for attracting a diverse audience of CEOs, scientists, creatives, philanthropists – and an extraordinary caliber of speakers, who have included Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, Jane Goodall, Frank Gehry, Paul Simon, Sir Richard Branson, Philippe Starck and Bono.
TEDxEAST will develop and leverage the TED experience at a regional level, bringing together innovators and inspirational speakers from the New York Metropolitan Area. The subject of Chris’ talk will be “Shaping Your Connection to Art and Artists” and he will be discussing some ideas about audience engagement and our AEP Platform. The talk will be preceded by a performance of Cast-Iron Crutches
